I got a phone call from them within 20 minutes of submitting the request, and he offered to come pick up my junk the same day. It was $100 for two mattresses and a boxspring, which I think was pretty reasonable. He is a also a good communicator, which I definitely appreciated. He came with a truck large enough to haul everything. He's a big, muscular guy so he was able to move the junk without a problem. All in all, fast, reliable and fairly priced.
